The perfect blend of herbs & spices for a truly authentic tikka masala flavour. A wild array of flavour that explodes on the taste buds for a curry house experience we have all grown to miss due to lockdown Mimics the flavour of a natural tikka masala sauce with a chilli spice level 3. The medley of spices range from ginger, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric - it was exquisite! A douse of coconut milk made a creamy flavour to tone down slightly the spice.
Texture 5⭐️:
Rich in smooth creamy coconut milk & tangy juicy tomatos the sauce is relatively thick with a lump free consistency allowing it to mix in easily. The heat plumped up the sauce nicely for a juicy texture. Non-Greasy, very quick to cook with and doesn't leave you with a plate full of red water, so a generous thickness.
Overall 5 ⭐️:
I really enoyed this and I cannot tell you how lovely it was to be able to use a sauce in a meal! As I can't tolerate onion or garlic this makes it IMPOSSIBLE for me to be able to have any sauces, stocks or gravys with my meals other than tomato ketchup so this was a delightful change! I am still an absolute snowflake when it comes to spicy food so for others this would probably be extremely mild on the spice level but for me I would gage this as level 3. Would love to see more of these brands available in supermarkets in the UK.”
