“This sauce was absolutely delicious.
Pan-fried two chicken breasts added some fresh spinach then
poured in the sauce. A tablespoon of creme fraiche took the spices
down a notch. Perfect.
The family had an Indian Takeaway and I was able for once, to feel included.
Froze the second portion for another day.”
