Thai Green Curry Stir-in Sauce Reviews

4.9 Rating 29 Reviews
I've loved all of the sauces that I've tried but the Thai green curry one pushed me to leave a review. I've missed Thai food so much since starting a low fodmap diet and this was completely delicious. Just the right amount of spice and hasn't left me feeling bloated etc. Thank you!

I haven’t eaten Thai for nearly 10 years as was always poorly after. Tried this the other night and it was DELICIOUS. Really enjoyed it, as did my husband and toddler. Just the right amount of spice for us but mixed a little yoghurt in for my sons portion. The best part....absolutely no reaction whatsoever. Elated! Can’t wait to try the others. Delivery time was good too despite the pandemic.

My partner has terrible IBS and started a low FODMAP diet.. Cooking from scratch every night with the right ingredients works, there’s no doubt about it, but it’s not feasible (time-wise) for us to do that every night.. Enter Bay’s Kitchen sauces! First saw these on the FODMarket site and ordered one of each. We both really love them, especially the thai green curry. Rich, tasty and fast and no IBS symptoms. If you’re on the low FODMAP diet, or suffer with IBS generally I’d highly recommend these based on my partner’s great experience – plus, as a non IBS sufferer, I love them too – winner-winner Bay’s Kitchen dinner!

On a low fodmap diet I thought I would never get to eat Thai Green curry again – until I discovered this delicious sauce. It has a perfect balance of flavours and is incredibly tasty. I can’t believe it doesn’t have onion in – you would never know it was missing.

Tried this for the first time on Friday. Sceptical as I always cook from scratch since following low fodmap but this was so delicious, easy and the best bit, I had no adverse reaction the next day. ?
