“Floor mount tap came with upside down shower head holder phone to ask if they can replace it as it was a faulty product I was first I asked to send a photo then asked to send a video finally after 2 days they said they will only send the brackets but plumber wouldn’t change it as this was Matt black tap and soon as you put spanner on that it will damage the surface so I’m in the limbo with upside down shower head in my new en-suite not happy.”
