This shower was near exact replica of the one I brought from soak.com(now close down). The main body of my old one rusted and started to leak at the top 90 bend. I just unscrewed this old one and used the similar piece from this and replaced. Didn’t need to replace anything else as all working. Gutted that 2 days after I brought it at £119 it went on sale for £89. As they don’t do individual parts I had to buy the whole shower unit. Not used shower apart from resting for leaks so only time will tell.

We had to send the toilet back still awaiting a refund. Make sure you measure for the full length as one picture has only measured to the base of the pan

Only buy if you are absolutely sure you will keep the item! Looks very cheap. The steel part stains easy with fingerprints. The customer has to arrange it themselves to deliever it back, which costs alot! Returning the item is made difficult by bathroom mountain with their very odd rules for returning like if you put too much tape to seal it they won't return it, or if the box has any imperfections. They don't consider the state it is delivered to the customer in the first place

All arrived well packaged and inspected as requested on arrival. However as unit was wrapped is plastic then polystyrene protection plus cardboard box it was impossible to fully inspect until time for fitting. Upon fitting it became apparent there were several hairline cracks in the marble top. Emailed customer service and they were downright rude, refusing to assist and just quoting their 48 hour inspection policy. Currently have a useless but very expensive vanity unit. Will be taking through the small claims court

Called for advise and was told I could have the unit without the recessed basin and use a countertop basin instead, I specifically asked would there be a cut out on the front panel and was told it would be a solid panel but when it arrived it was cut out for a recessed basin. You wouldn't send me a replacement panel so had to make and spray my own to match. Also the quality of the finish really isn't that great for the price.

Awful experience from start to finish. Very little communication in regards to my order which I paced for a delivery on the 10th of this month. Having arranged someone to be at the properly for the delivery it was then brought to my attention very late in the day that this would not take place, after me calling and being reassured that it was. I was then told by email it would be early Saturday morning so I arranged time off work for delivery. This also did not take place with no communication and no idea as to what was happening with the large sum of products I ordered. I ended up having to take the full weekend off incase of delivery causing a lot of unnecessary stress and unfortunately missing out on a substantial amount of money in these uncertain times where finances are already difficult. I called Monday to ask what was happening and complain and spoke with Gina the assistant manager who advised the delivery would take place yesterday. Calling again to find out on ETA I was assured throughout the day this would be coming. To then call at tea time just before they closed for the day to be told unfortunately it’s not coming today again due to the couriers van breaking down and it will be tomorrow now. Yet another day off work adding up to 4 days wages in total and very very stressed out and angry. I arrived at the property to find my expensive goods dumped in an open access drive to the public with no notification or confirmation the product was there. Baring in mind it was advised the product must be checked for faults on delivery with the courier. We had no idea this was in the drive and could have been taken easily from passers by, with nobody there to watch us inspect for faults. The company to be honest have no had any understanding of the stress and money lost in this situation and have shown no real compassion to a customer who had paid a high amount of money for products from themselves. Im still waiting on a reply from the company in regards to this situation and the steps moving forward as stated theres has been little communication from order and no effort to try and come to a reasonable agreement and no understanding of our anger. Unable to assess the items properly due to where they had been left unattended I'm still having to visually asses and move forward with my complaint.
