I am sorry to hear you have received some items that were damaged in transit. I can see that the items have been collected and your refund will be processed shortly once returned to our warehouse.
“So this is about the rak resort mini that was purportedly being delivered to me on 11th january. I heard nothing from you between paying and 11th jan. I called you office (charming ladies in customer services btw) and was told this had been scanned out of your warehouse but not arrived at the courier. No one could find it!!! Eventually had to order something else which did arrive within 24 hours. Three questions. 1) why is nobody concerned about where my rak resort mini went? 2) When would somebody have told me it had disappeared? 3) if you can get a toilet to me in 24 hours why did the original take a week to NOT ARRIVE? Not happy that i have had to settle for a 'bog standard' toilet when i was getting excited about an innovative rimless.”
Hi, I am sorry to hear about your experience. We can see that the first item left us on a next working day service. Unfortunately, at no point were we notified that the order was missing or that there was any sort of discrepancy. Had we known, we would have happily been in touch to resolve the matter. Whilst we can not recommend a particular alternative as this is down to the personal preference of the customer, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your alternative. “The product itself was fantastic, well made and looked lovely. Delivery however is awful, The first screen arrived damaged, free replacement also arrived damaged. Again, excellent product, poor delivery services. I now have 2 screens that are not fit for purpose. In the end didn’t bother reporting the 2nd it as I do not want a 3rd useless screen!”

“Arrived damaged, dented on both ends, had to provide photos by email, sent them over a week ago, yet to hear anything. Very poor customer service. Not impressed.”
