“I ordered a Galway Premium Square Thermostatic Shower With Large 300mm Head - to be delivered 31/1/23 between 8:00am - 6pm. I arranged for someone to be at home all day, only to get an email from DHL around 4:00pm say inf they are waiting for it to be delivered to them.
01/02/23 I got an email from DHL letting me know they had the parcel & would be delivered between 10:26 & 11:26 am.
At 10:15am I received an email from DHL letting me know it had been delivered (yes - but not to me) it was delivered to no.47 (a note had been put through no.45) I live down the road.
I picked the parcel up from no.47 & noted the box was damaged & when opened everything was thrown all over.
I went to fit the shower… I fitted the thermostatic unit and ran the water through the shower head. The shower head had a constant drip & I was unable to leave this unit in - as the house sale is going through the following day. I had to buy a new shower from somewhere else.
Bathroom Mountain are replacing the faulty cartridge-so now I have a shower unit & nowhere to fit it !!!!!”

The overflow ring is compatible with most of our basins depending on the shape of the overflow hole.
If this isn't compatible with your current basin and the item has not been installed you are free to return the item for a refund within 28 days of the delivery.
