“Ordered these valves on next day delivery on a Saturday morning. Couldn‚Äôt believe after I‚Äôd paid ¬£9.99 for this that next day delivery on a Saturday is a Tuesday. I wasn‚Äôt expecting delivery on a Sunday but did expect Monday. This should have been pointed out on the website before the order was made. Most companies now do offer next day delivery and actually mean it”

“Paid for next day delivery, got the item five days later. When we eventually got the sink It had a crack in it, so they had to send a replacement sink. Was happy with unit and sink in the end.”
“Tap is fine, however the refund procedure is a joke, after buying everything required, customer changed their minds and wanted more expensive taps, rather than paying the additional on return, I had to buy the new ones and was advised my refund would take 7-10 days. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing so asked them where my refund was, their response was my product had been inspected only YESTERDAY and my refund would be another 7-10 working days, so basically a month to get a refund
First time I used this company as client selected from them, but I won‚Äôt be using them again. In this day and age, a month to get a refund is not acceptable”
