“When I eventually received it a week late the unit was ok
I ordered this unit to get me out of trouble on a refurbished house that I was doing.
I needed it quickly as I had plumbers on site that needed it. I ordered it on a Monday evening and paid the extra for a next day that I realised would be Wednesday. I had men on site all day and went myself in the afternoon. I had a delivery from yourself but it was only the pop up waste without the vanity unit. After waiting about 20 minutes on hold to speak with someone I was told by Kiren that the item was missed off the order, they were aware of it and 1 had been dispatched and they were waiting for a tracking number from the courier before I could get a delivery time on Thursday. I explained that my wife was undergoing chemotherapy treatment and Thursdays were hospital day and no one would be on site. I eventually arranged for someone to accept the delivery and rearranged my plumbers for Friday.
Friday came and a vanity arrived. Unfortunately only the. Vanity , without any ceramic basin. After another 20mins on hold the lady told my that it had been missed and all she could do was order it again for next day which would now be Monday. I started a new job on Monday so had to have it delivered to my home address. Again it didn’t arrive and again I had to put the plumbers off, it was now costing me wages for no work.
Eventually the basin turned up on Tuesday
Totally disgusted with the service that I received and this will push me as a contractor to move away from online purchases. Half way through this fiasco I was offered a tiny 10% refund and my extra delivery charge refunded.
The time and money it has cost me, I would need 100% refund and a furthe 50% off my next order.
