The screen is ok but had missing parts (screen seal and end locking caps). These spares are not held so to provide me with under £10 worth of missing items I am being sent a complete shower screen £110 inc postage. This doesn't make sense and dose not offer any assurance that I can obtain spares for this item in the future, also I am left with screen I do not need that will require to dispose at my inconvenience how wasteful is this.

valves are fine its the service which is poor. I initially wanted free delivery as the cost was over £500. Conveniently they couldn't deliver until nearly two weeks later, even though the website stated 'pick a day' for next week. this wasn't possible. I had no choice but to pay £40 for next day delivery and the two main items (radiators) didn't turn up. The customer service line wouldn't take my word for it and made me send photos in of the two items that did arrive. How this resolved anything I will never know. The delay held up my kitchen install. I'm still waiting for my £40 back but not heard anything back...no email, no call, nothing. the saga continues... the valves aren't thermostatic so bit of a waste of time. not sure if the rads are any good yet but they look nice.
