Bad after sales, absolutely no communication as they won‚Äôt answer their phone and despatch only happened after I took up a refund grievance with PayPal as the date on the parcel proved it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF THIS COMANY.”

First wrong size delivered
Then they cancelled the delivery when the plumber was waiting for it and cost me a lot of money
As yet no compensation

“The radiator itself was fine but there was damage to the base, as if it had been dropped or scraped during dispatch. I would normally have returned the radiator but I had to live with it as it had to be fitted that day.”
