“Buyers Beware! We measured our space - 1120mm. The blurb for the shower says 1100mm shower with extendable bits - hooray it will fit. We look at the photos - looks good. Shower arrives. Doesn't fit. After 2 days, 4 emails, 6 phone calls we are finally told it's our fault - the tech spec is the last photo - the one you don't even know is there, in other words. The first 4/5 photos are all visible on the screen. So an 1100mm shower is actually only a max 1090 mm shower. Yes, we can send it back, but only in all the original packaging (do you have a machine that does those fancy straps?) and even if they accept it back, there's a 20% 'repackaging fee'. Our space is 1120mm. I google, find, and phone bathandshower.com. Phone answered on second ring, given all the tech info I need, right shower arriving Tuesday. So my advice to you is, don't buy from these guys, go to bathandshower.com!”
Good Afternoon, I am sorry to see your review and hear about your dissatisfaction with our product. We do not advertise that this product as being able to stretch to 1120mm as the maximum width the product would fit in, is 1100mm as advertised. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will look at ways to make the information clearer. Had we had a pre purchase call we would have happily informed you of this information prior to making the purchase. Regarding the return, we would never expect a customer to have wrapping machinery, however our products are packed at the manufacturer specifically to avoid damage in transit which is mainly why we would insist that the goods should be returned in the original packaging. I hope this gives a better understanding about our returns procedure although we do thank you for your feedback on the matter. Nelson
“Arrived damaged and cabinet doors didn't close properly. Initially wanted to return cabinet and be sent another one in good order but have lost trust and faith in Bathroom Mountain. Customer service has not been good and was promised that a courier would pick up the cabinet today to be returned but have received no communication. Nothing has happened, not impressed.”
