“The first cabinet was damaged all across the back where screws had been over tightened and split the chipboard. A second cabinet was delivered. That too was damaged having clearly been dropped or something else heavy dropped onto it. The top was damaged. Poor quality in terms of packaging and delivery.”

“Hi the process of ordering was simple. I got allocated a delivery date of 1/12. The day came and went I waited in from 8am-6pm and no word at all. No email or phone call. The next day still nothing. I called from work towards the end of the day where the customer services guy was very helpful. He rung me in the morning and arranged it for that day (without telling me) the delivery driver attempted delivery, I was at work. He left a message when I returned his call he was very rude and unprofessional! I actually blocked him from my phone. We then had to drive to the depot and collect on the Friday morning as I had booked a guy to fit the shower screen. On the whole your customer services guys were good hugely let down by terrible courier service overall leaving me with a bad impression and probably wouldn’t reorder, seeing as that delivery also cost me £25!!!”
