“Product seems fine but it’s early days.
The delivery wasn’t great. I was at home, waiting but the product was just dumped outside. No one rang the doorbell. It might have been there an age - who knew it had been left?”

“We had 1 delivered which was badly damaged with chios and cracks under the plastic coating. We had another one sent out, it was also damaged. We were left with 2 damaged shower trays and 2 pallets to dispose of. We ended up ordering another tray elsewhere as we didn't want to ridk another damaged tray.”

“Valves missing from initial delivery.
Helpful staff then reissued another set, but again, these have not been delivered as promised.
Not sure who is to blame, but very poor service.”

“I’m pleased with the product. Not impressed it was dumped on the street outside my house without letting me know. There were two people in the house as well. I found it probably an hour later fortunately not stolen or damaged.
In reply : I have checked With the people in the house and do not believe a signature was given.”
“The bath itself is lovely. However it arrived badly scuffed and scratched. Customer service was initially excellent and a new bath sent our straight away. However the second bath arrived scratched and scuffed only. We have kept it as we can probably hide the scuff by positioning the bath in a certain way- but I’m cross that 2 baths have arrived scuffed, and customer service were less helpful when I contacted them about the second bath.”
“Nice good looking Unit but the toilet came damaged at the back rim, a small piece at the end was broken requested a replacement. Hopefully it will arrive.”
