Firstly I must say that I do like this radiator. My only problem is the very short time line given to report and return the item if it was damaged. My plumber unfortunately had to cancel his original appointment with me and could'nt fit it until 4 days later. This meant I (a disabled pensioner living alone) had to struggle to unwrap it and inspect it as best I could. It was'nt until it was fitted that rather a lot of little marks and scratched came to light. It will now have to do but I do not think I would buy again.

Basin fitted perfectly .. no need to charge 24.99 and send it on a pallet .. did would of been 5.99

Would have been ok if it hadn’t arrived with a crack and dent, and the replacement with a deep scratch! Got £99 refund eventually. Only 4 legs so no middle support. Wouldn’t buy again.

Packing not fit for purposes, item to heavy for for thin carton. Tuffnells are the courier items not palletised as advised. Very poor quality and finish not fully sprayed one end and if you like polystyrene and bubble wrap markings all over your radiator then this is for you if not do not buy. Air vent and blanking plug not supplied. No communication from supplier.

Didn't look as good as pictures on site. Nothing particularly wrong with it, just not right for the space. Arranged to return, as long as that progresses smoothly no complaints about the service so far

Nice mirror but hadn't noticed until I went to put it up that there was a chip to the corner, unfortunately I had already thrown the box which you are supposed to keep. So disappointed

Really poor returns policy. I spent a lot of money on two radiators but did not require the feet when fitted so attempted to return just the feet, but as it was after 30 days they would not accept it. Bearing in mind we have been in the midst of a global pandemic and so it took a little longer to get tradesmen in to fit them and this is why my return was just over the allowed time, I'd expect them to have shown a little more empathy. Especially as I was only returning a small part of my order, unboxed. Will not be using these guys again.
