A shame the metal work under the chrome is not great on the joints. Reasonable for the price though.

I wouldn’t know! The service was so bad from the company and courier I didn’t even get this and it’s not my first bad experience with them, I was given 3 different delivery times all of which got cancelled resulting in wasted leave and loss of earnings off work. It wouldn’t have even been resolved if I hadn’t rang up. I was told anything until I rang and they discovered the company hadn’t given dhl my address even though my receipt shows proof of this. All I got was an apology and a joke offer of £6 as a “token gesture”

Item arrived faulty, company were very helpful and sent another straight out I asked for it to be checked before sent to make sure it wasnt faulty, which they said they would, then the second one arrived faulty, not great when it’s holding up your bathroom being finished. But the customer service staff were very friendly and helpful and a refund was then issued and we had to buy the part from another company.

Regarding the delays, I can see that we were chasing DHL regularly for an update on your delivery, but DHL has advised that they were unable to locate the order We have now issued a full replacement on the order for you so as not to delay you any further, and we apologise again for any inconvenience caused by this. I bought this item on 20th January 2023. It' arrived damaged so i had to asked for refund for 3 to 4 times then they refunded me. Was very very disappointed about the item.
