Still yet to receive my order a week after it was due. Spoken to customer services twice with promise to call me back with delivery up date and both time no call back.

Arrived a day late, so item was returned. But this process was easy to do and DhL collected item and returned Just awaiting the refund

Looks great on website but DHL have not delivered but say they have!! Not Bathroom Mountain fault but need a replacement sending out with filling in a DHL missing package form!! Photo showing where radiator is going
