“This unit is beautiful and has added class to our shower room.
The only trouble i had was with customer service. They would take up to 20 minutes to answer the phone and i had to call them 3 times to sort out a return item. It also took ages for them to refund the amount into my account.
Product is beautiful but service could be much better.”
