“Toilet unit is ok, but delivery service was pathetic.
Toilet unit is fairly standard, although not as refined as the in-line pictures show. Glazing is finished well but the underlying ceramic is slightly bumpy which shows under down-lighting.
Packaging was basic but effective.
The delivery service was poor though; a no-show on the expected day, although they did notify us and give a refund, but the subsequent delivery was done without any pre-call, and was just left on the drive. Luckily it was still there when we got to site.
Overall I couldn’t recommend.”
