“The Belfort wc was easy to order and delivery was excellent. However I did phone before I ordered to make sure it would be suitable for my situation and I asked if it would be able to used in the situation where the waste goes to the right as you looked at the pan. I was assured it would be able to be used with the waste going either right or left, the lady even said she would double check and came back and said yes. But on delivery I could see straight away its designed for either going straight out the back or downwards into the floor. I phoned and a returns booking was made and it was duly picked up.
What I would suggest is that this information be put into your brochure in the write up for the close coupled toilets, and that is which way the waste will be able/designed to be dispersed straight out the back, down, or left and right. This would stop confusion. So be-aware when ordering close coupled toilets. I'm a retired plumber so know what i'm talking about.”
