“I‚Äôd have to say the products I ordered were brilliant I ordered a black shower, a black tap and a toilet. However I don‚Äôt think much of the service they offer. I placed my order for a certain day a week after my order date, I then realised I wasn‚Äôt going to be in. Instead of being able to amend my delivery date I had to completely cancel my order with them and place it again meaning I had to pay 2 delivery charges. Plus the shower that I ordered went for ¬£185 the first time I ordered this to ¬£229 the second time, after speaking to them about it they told me that that‚Äôs just the way the system worked and they couldn‚Äôt do anything about it. If I hadn‚Äôt have been so desperate to have the items delivered as I had a plumber booked I would have went elsewhere, I ended up being ¬£55 out of pocket, terrible customer service.”
