“The toilet is great no complaints there... very modern,easy to fit,easy to clean, a good flush.
Only downside is we paid for next day delivery and it came a week later. We rang to say we didn't get next day delivery to be told that next day delivery was not available to our area. Although really inconvenient it was a choice of cancel the order or they would refund the next day delivery charge (¬£18.99) we are still waiting for the refund weeks later despite ringing after 15 days to complain to be told we need to wait another 12 days because they could find no trace of the first refund authorisation. Don't order if you are in a hurry and don't pay for next day delivery.”
