“The toilet and cistern are fine: good flush, quiet and the look is stylish. What lets it down is the horrid bendy plastic seat and lid.....it was put on, tried, and promptly removed! We went to our local plumbers merchant and bought a much sturdier product(also soft close) which looks better.”
