“Toilet itself is great. Fairly easy to install (first timer), and looks great in place. Has given us much more space in our bathroom than previous toilet. I am only giving 4 out 5 stars due to the flush and fill valves sent with the toilet. Both turned out to be of poor quality. The flush valve had very little power to flush anything, so we purchased a new better quality valve from a DIY shop for £12. Then after a couple of weeks, and removing the toilet twice to fit tiles, the fill valve shank cracked as its made of plastic. Replaced that with a Viva Skylo brass shank fill valve, which is much better quality for £8. So toilet has so far been great since fitting, but having spent an extra £20 on valves, I cannot give my overall experience 5 stars.”
