“Delivery was quick and I was informed by texts with updates of date times etc regular. After unwrapping we noticed a large crack on one end and scuff marks I rang and spoke to customer service who advised it was quicker if she emailed me and I replied with photographic proof of damage. This all took about one hour (this was a Monday) I then received prompt email informing a replacement bath would arrive Wednesday. I then received texts from delivery company keeping me updated. Our new bath arrived on time and perfect. The bath looks super gorgeous and we've received lots of compliments from visitors. Husband loves that's it's longer than our old bath daughter thinks it's a little too slim in the middle I LOVE it. Overall we are all super happy. Although receiving a damaged item was a pain these things happen and customer service dealt with me in friendly and professional manner. I'm very happy with the service we received from soak.com and the delivery company. Would highly recommend this company.”
