“The enclosure itself is decent. I would have preferred a corner magnetic stripe that gets fitted on the side panel rather than the glued stripe. The cause for the poor review is the fact that the side panel arrived without parts to connect it to the sliding door panel (SP03 - SP07). I contacted Support 3 times in 1 week (by chat, email and telephone), and although they are very helpful in trying to resolve the issue, I still haven't received the missing parts. I hope I will be able to take a shower at some point in the near future.”
“We were in a pickle in that the original screens purchased from B&Q were the wrong ones, when we had opened the packaging. They had nothing in store as an alternative. We had builders and plumbers waiting to install, so it was trawling the Web to find something we liked and could deliver quickly and Bathroom Mountain were outstanding. We ordered Monday afternoon and it was delivered Wednesday afternoon
Also love the product - so much better than what we originally went for”
“The enclosure looks very good once installed and appears to be of good quality. Be aware however that the instructions are pretty poor. With some time spent going over them you‚Äôll get there but they really could be doing with clearer diagrams and some actual written instructions. Some diagrams aren‚Äôt clear enough and you‚Äôll find yourself having to guess where things go like the rubber seals for the glass panels. I ended up fitting inside the shower but don‚Äôt know if that‚Äôs correct or not.”
