Installation was very straightforward. The supplied screws were too small imo, and screw cap covers are not included - I’ll order some separately.
The shaver socket does not have the annoying transformer hum of my previous cabinet, I find the built in light bright enough, and the demister does a decent job of clearing the centre of the mirror.
Build quality seems good. I would have preferred flexibility with shelf placement: the two shelves are fixed in place.”

After sending a video, they agreed to replace the product and we received a new one 3 days later. So in a matter of days the issue was solved. We recommend the site definitly.”
“The wrong delivery address was inputted by Bathroom Mountains despite me highlighting what the delivery address should be (instead the billing address was used as the delivery address). Upon calling and emailing, I was told that the delivery address cannot be changed despite it being no fault of my own. I convinced the person I was speaking to to change the address to which they said they had done. But unfortunatley, the cabinets were still delivered to the billing address, 150 miles away from where they needed to be. Great service”
We are sorry to hear about the issue with your delivery address. While we updated it on our system, unfortunately, it was not reflected in the DHL system, leading to the item being delivered to the billing address. We understand the frustration this caused and have refunded the delivery fee + a partial refund for the inconvenience as a gesture of goodwill.
