“The wrong delivery address was inputted by Bathroom Mountains despite me highlighting what the delivery address should be (instead the billing address was used as the delivery address). Upon calling and emailing, I was told that the delivery address cannot be changed despite it being no fault of my own. I convinced the person I was speaking to to change the address to which they said they had done. But unfortunatley, the cabinets were still delivered to the billing address, 150 miles away from where they needed to be. Great service”
We are sorry to hear about the issue with your delivery address. While we updated it on our system, unfortunately, it was not reflected in the DHL system, leading to the item being delivered to the billing address. We understand the frustration this caused and have refunded the delivery fee + a partial refund for the inconvenience as a gesture of goodwill.

“OK so positives, it's shiney and new. Not as expensive as other models - for a reason. No for the not so positives - the glass corners are sharp (not that you will cut yourself on them but still not nice), the single shelf (yes I know the base of the unit can be a shelf too) is very limiting. The biggest gripe is the light - 1700 lumens? Not in any corner of the universe is this 1700 lumens, I have 500 lumen bulbs that are brighter. Also you have to constantly cycle through the 3 colourways to turn it off - who uses anything other than daylight colour anyway? So although it's fixed to the wall and appears shiney - more money spent on a better unit would have been preferable in the long run.”
