“I haven't even opened the product yet, am assuming it will be good quality and as per the image / spec for it. But the delivery was awful. It was supposed to arrive on the Monday, but didn't. Then Tuesday, but didn't. Repeat for Wednesday. Finally on Thursday it came.”
