“I ordered a 600x400 and a 700x500 for two bathrooms. I haven’t installed them yet but I have opened the 600x400 and placed the batteries and I have to say I am very happy. The light is bright, the quality appears good and when placed in place it looks like it will look great!! The service was also great. Just an fyi the delivery initially stated £16.99 but that’s for next day, when you go through to the next page you can opt for a lower price to be received within a few more days.”

We don't provide batteries for our battery-operated mirrors or mirror cabinets.
We do state what batteries are required on our product pages but they are not something that we include with the product itself.

“Bought this mirror on the 5th of Jul 2022 before installing the mirror I discovered that the battery-powered LED lights didn't work and reported it to their customer service both by email and Whatsapp. They've had me take videos to send through to prove it doesn't work and now they've gone silent on the matter for the last 3 days. There's no phone number to call and they don't respond to Whatsapp or emails. I'm left with my last resort to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction.”
