We do state what batteries are required on our product pages but they are not something that we include with the product itself.

“Bought this mirror on the 5th of Jul 2022 before installing the mirror I discovered that the battery-powered LED lights didn't work and reported it to their customer service both by email and Whatsapp. They've had me take videos to send through to prove it doesn't work and now they've gone silent on the matter for the last 3 days. There's no phone number to call and they don't respond to Whatsapp or emails. I'm left with my last resort to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction.”

“We bought this to replace our old mirror, as we are having the bathroom refitted. There are some minor "speckles" in the finish near the edge,though hopefully they will not be visible when it is in situ.”
