“I ordered on a Sunday and the mirror arrived a day early. Unfortunately it was in several pieces, and I dreaded contacting you. Your customer service was outstanding. I emailed at night and had a reply at 6:00 am advising a replacement was on its way. Customer service of this standard is very rare these days. The mirror was easy to fit but we opted for stronger fittings. The mirror usual, practical and beautiful.”
