“This product is described as 'chrome' but it's cheap plastic. this was only fitted a few months ago and it leaked because the plastic tightening nut cracked and snapped off. I bought a brass nut to fix it but it wouldn't thread onto the barrell because the awful plastic thread wasn't smooth so I've had to replace the whole waste. Not fit for purpose and not at all as described. I didn't fit this initially so didn't notice it was so rubbish or I would have returned it and bought a proper one elsewhere. I'd avoid and buy elsewhere”

“This is made of plastic - it just looks like metal. Completely not fit for purpose with the wear and tear on a basin so we had to go out and buy another to replace it. A waste of money - you can get much better ones for about the same price.”
