“The instruction for this pivot door are very , very poor. The diagrams and order for fixing do not follow. The parts are unidentifiable from the images and so make things very difficult.
I have fitted many doors in the past , but this one is the worst set of instructions. I suceeded by folding up the instruction and placing them back in the box they came in, and go by my instint.
Yes, I had to some things twice but I succeeded.
Was suprised that no adjustment was possible on the hinges. I was ok, as things were square. Can see some others having fitting troubles.
Sadly , I would not purchase this item again or recommend it.”
“It's a nice looking door. Unfortunately there is no mention that it arrives unassembled. My experienced plumber was very surprised at this and it took 2 hours of his expensive time to assemble it - not helped by the not very good instructions. Only his knowledge got it done in this time; for a novice it would have taken much longer. Yes it looks good in my new bathroom but had I known assembly was required I would have bought a higher priced one - and probably saved myself some money.”
“Nightmare to put together , instructions were very poor and the component parts were not identified so it was guess work ! It came in lots of pieces which we have never experienced before . We were expecting a fame which was assembled .When it was finally fitted it looks lovely but would not recommend to anyone who hasn’t built a frames before .”
