“As par all the shower instructions I have come across they are vague with pictures only. Once you suss them out it became quite easy. Not come across a sliding door frame like this before. But would definitely have another.”

So why 2 stars? Problem was that there was a machining defect with the aluminium frame which I only noticed after I dismantled the old shower enclosure. Essentially a new frame upright was needed as there was no machined cut out on one piece which made assembly impossible. Sent pictures and email to Bathroom Mountain customer service together with parts description.
Heard nothing so phoned and was told it would be sent to the technical department. I explained it just needed a new piece. No apology or indication that person on phone cared. Was promised a call next day - it never came. Chased again. Got an email following day saying it was being escalated to the technical department. I explained again I just needed a new part or to send the shower door back. I asked that I was kept informed but I heard nothing.
Hearing nothing from Bathroom Mountain customer service I took the aluminium channel to a local engineering firm and they machined the cut out for me for £50. I have now assembled it and it's fine - in fact it looks great.
Cannot recommend company simply because of the terrible aftersales experience when I needed help and was ignored.”

“You can't complain at the quality of this product as it looks and feels brilliant. However, it's a pig to put together and fit with little or no help with the instructions only consisting of a list of parts. My plumber took ages to try and understand the parts list and the sequence of construction! Do yourself a favour and create a YouTube video or some written instructions which take you through the sequence of build.
My advice to anyone thinking of buying this product is to find a plumber who knows the product?”

It is a heavy lift being 8mm thick so take that into consideration when you are fitting it. Overall I am delighted with the finished result.”
