“Do not purchase this shower enclosure, the quality is not as good as it seems and the manufacturer will deny any issues with it. The door edges have a bend in them which means that they cannot close correctly, there is a 6mm gap top an bottom. A replacement had the same issue, each door being bent by 3 - 3.5mm. All they say to adjust the doors but imagine two bananas touching back to back and you need the top and bottom to touch too, this is the issue the doors in this kit has so I cannot recommend this enclosure. I now have to remove this kit and fit another as well as possibly repair the tiles where they have been drilled.”
Hi Joe, Thank you for your review, I am sorry to read that you are having difficulty installing this product. I can see from our records that although the manufacturer confirmed there was no fault with the product, we did fully replaced the enclosure. However, unfortunately, the same issue arose with the replacement. As the we have sold hundreds of these without any similar issues being reported and to our knowledge the manufacturers have not recalled any production batches it is difficult to pinpoint a specific issue with the product. I can also see that the matter has been successfully resolved with our customer service team and we look forward to receiving the item for inspection. Regards, Nelson
