“The Valves were delivered to the wrong address by DHL on the 5th November. Bathroom Mountain made aware of situation and advised the consignment urgently required. Rather than send replacements, l have been placed on hold while DHL try to locate the valves. A week has passed with no further progress. Very frustrating, the plumbing of new radiators is in limbo.”
