“We were in two minds whether to order from this company because of negative reviews but in the end decided we would because they had what we wanted. We needn't have worried. Everything was delivered less than 48 hours after ordering and everything was in perfect condition and well packed. The only problem we found was that the fast flow shower waste was simply not up to the job and the shower tray was holding filling up with water as soon as the shower was switched on. I replaced this with 40mm pipework after the first use of the shower and it now drains beautifully. Very pleased with all the other purchases (low level shower base chrome radiator valves and quadrant shower unit).”
