“Even sorted a problem that was not their fault very efficiently and with no quibble. I am very pleased with the price and helpfulness of staff in understanding their product range. They had the same products as other suppliers and some of them were MUCH less expensive. There was a manufacturing fault with one item which they replaced the next day! Every company gets a problem from time to time but it is how they deal with it that matters. It was courteously dealt with very efficiently and they checked back to make sure everything was OK this time. No hesitation in recommending them”
