“I ordered a bathroom radiator and it came within two days. I then changed my mind about what type of rad I was installing in the bathroom so I phoned them and they took it back without any problems. I paid the carrage back and they are going to refund the money. Can't say fairer than that when it was my fault. Would definatly go back (when I make up my mind what I need)”
