“Having stumbled across the website in reviewing bathroom refurbishment needs we were impressed with the product information provided and the keen prices. Following initial frustration at failing to place an online order a call to the customer services team sorted everything out (their server was down) and the order placed. Next steps followed exactly as advsied with a call from the courier and delivery date agreed. The goods arrived in good order. Whilst the radiator and toilet have not yet been ftted we are so far very happy customers.”
