“Excellent towel radiator but unfortunately the worse customer service that I have ever experienced.
I booked next day delivery and arranged for the plumber to instal the radiator but it was not delivered next day
I complained and eventually on 20 February I was advised that the postage had been refunded
It is now 8 March and despite numerous reminders never had the courtesy of a reply and still not received the refunded postage.
Disgraceful after sales”
