Manufacturing tolerances of 3mm mean each mounting ring and hole needs to be marked out individually.
Mounting plugs and screws are unsuitable for this product - stronger wall fixings are needed.
Wall fixing to radiator mounting rings are also unsuited - a small grub screw attaches each mounting to the radiator, locating in a rebate, again, not strong enough for what is a very heavy radiator.
Radiator needed a flush prior to fitting to remove rust and manufacturing debris.”
