“The radiator is fine. The service has been terrible! We ordered two sizes of these radiators, one of which we were advised was not in stock till later. We didn‚Äôt mind them being delivered at different times. Once ordered we were told of further delay with the radiator till 22 December 2018. After an email on 6 January after we heard nothing from them, we were told via email they will look into it. Five or six days later we got a message telling us of delivery date but no delivery was made and we had no communication telling us what happened again. I called customer services who said they would get the radiator out next day and we would receive compensation once it was delivered. We got the radiator and it‚Äôs been 3 weeks we have had no communication and none of the promised compensation! We made the mistake or ordering another radiator to match which said one week delivery but it took 2 weeks to get to us! Unprofessional and unreliable. Never again.”
