“We ordered and it came promptly. 4 stars for reason that when I called and asked that is wall plate included she said yes but later when it arrived it was not in it and I have place the order separately and pay delivery charge as well. It’s a hassle for me and my electrician since he will have to come again to fix the pipe cover and wall plate something that the lady could have avoided if she had the good product knowledge. For Performance, I cannot review it since we have still not started using it.”

I will send you an email to further discuss how we can make sure that this radiator is more durable but as standard, we use the wall brackets for this Faro Anthracite Double Flat Panel Vertical Radiator 1800x490mm and never came across any fixing or durability issues.
