I was ordering as a layman for professional installers and they helped me through answering my queries. We did have problems as something arrived with a fault but that was replaced quickly and efficiently. We also had to return an item as it was too large for the space but the return process was quick and simple. Unfortunately it was damaged in return so we did not received a refund.
