“Delivery was fine I had a large order that was delivered in a pallet to my doorstep and found it a bit of a struggle on my own (I’m 67) to carry it all in doors and now I’ve to dispose of a pallet. My plumber fitted the tap and it’s very noisy even when the water pressure is reduced he said it’s because the taps are ‘cheap’ taps but how was I to know that.”
