“Excellent strings. I tried these on my contemporary cello, and they really beefed up the volume and projection without compromising the tone - they speak! I have now restrung my old cello, and they have brought it back to life! A little metallic sounding on the lower strings, but I haven’t yet played them in, and expect they settle with a little time as they did on my other cello. I have recommended these strings to various players (professional and amateur) in our local orchestra, and those who have invested in them have not been disappointed!”
