“Sent the Sympathy basket to a friend who lost their mother. They were thrilled with it and raved about the chocolate cake and other goodies. Thank you for a great product to lighten my friend's day.”
“I am completely disappointed the package was delivered to the wrong address, going against the stated policy. I have been told “sorry for the inconvenience” and the expectation has been that the person who was bereaved should hunt down the package. At a time where the gift was supposed to bring comfort it has been an unwarranted distraction and added stress as the recipient feels stressed that I paid for a gift she did not receive and then had to leave a not at the other persons address as they were not at home, and is still trying to do ordinate collection. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone and I most certainly will never use this service again.”
