Enate Rosado is one of the best-known rose wines produced in Spain. Cabernet Sauvignon, carefully grown in the Enate vineyards until it reaches optimum ripeness, has developed its full potential in this single-variety wine with its intense, very fruity nose where the aromas of the grape (blueberry, raspberry and pepper) predominate. In the mouth, the sensation is full and fleshy. Its balanced acidity makes it a lively, supple wine. Its development in the mouth is magnificent, with a long, flavourful aftertaste featuring the varietal aromas. It is a wine with the soul of a white and the body of a red designed to play and win in the Champions League.
FOOD PAIRING
Enate Rose enhances dishes such as pasta, white meat and soufflés. Served at between 8 and 10 degrees.
