Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher percentage fat content, giving the fillet a distinct and unique flavour. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean, mean, and tender cut is prized for its quality and can be enjoyed as steaks or a roast.

Was not as tasty as other Spanish beef products I have purchased in the past. Was tender though and value for money but was expecting huge flavour of the Spanish Beef.

I made my first order with Basco Fine Foods this week (Order #RE100124468) and I have to say the meat was absolutely fantastic — tender, rich, and full of flavour. I’ve ordered from quite a few online butchers over the years, but your Galician beef fillet beats them all hands down. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into your products, and everything from the packaging to the delivery was top-notch. This was my first order, but it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommended!

Fillet arrived a day later due to an issue with DPD delivery outwith basco control, but they are unwilling to offer a full refund for this product instead offering a gift voucher and then not replying to emails since, 1 star review for there customer service
