“We followed the recipe for boneless suckling pig that is on Basco’s web site and the result was delicious meat so tender that it didn’t need a knife to divide it. It was succulent with a wonderful flavour and the skin was nice and crunchy. We served it with roast potatoes and a green salad with mustard and a vinaigrette dressing. Fresh home-made sourdough bread and a bottle of Duero wine complemented what was a memorable and wonderful meal.”
